Vendor Booth Spaces are approx 10'x10' - $30
Booth with electric Hook up - $35 (limited spaces available)
Table (if needed) $10
Chairs (if needed) $5
Indoor spaces are very limited, otherwise spaces will be available outside and you will need to provide your own tent (if needed)
Vendors will be allowed on site after 7:30am for set up, will begin sales by 9am and end at 3pm. Hall must be cleared of vendors and their property by 3:30pm, to allow for set up for dinner service.
There shall be no more than one business name per space. No food items or beverages shall be sold from booth space. This is a family friendly event, we reserve the right to ask you to remove any item(s) we feel goes against this theme. Food and beverages available on site - NO alcohol shall be consumed by vendor prior to, or during vendor operating times. Violating the alcohol rule will result in your expulsion from the event.
Fidelity Lodge will be preparing meals of breakfast, lunch, & dinner for purchase. Additional "snacks" will also be available for purchase throughout the day.
